Review: Android App - TrackMaster

Its awesome. I used it today.

It was a crazy day at the track, dry for two hours, soaking wet for the rest.

Got a pass-by signal from someone in a vette in my subie, check that off the bucket list...

anyways this app is awesome, it does lap times, fastest lap, max speed, avg speed. you can set sectors and see where you were faster or slower, you can share all the configurations with your friends and do a ton of other stuff. It yells out speeds and times and tells you if you were faster or slower or if you set a new record so you dont have to take your eyes off the vette in front of you to see whats going on.

If you hot lap this app is for you!

it has an AutoX mode too so you can set a separate end and begnning location as opposed to lapping where they coincide.

I think you just click on the screen where you want it to be. Its represented in the above image by the green flags and checkered flags.

I dunno whats up but you are the 2nd person I've talkd to thats had a GPS issue with a samsung phone on sprint....

I was looking at my friend's phone and asked him how he liked the googlemaps navigation and he said he hated it.

I said why?

he said its very innacurate.

I took a look at his phone and found that it wasn't using GPS satellites to triangulate his location, it was using cell towers. So it really wasn't GPS, it was terrestrial wireless.

I pointed that out to him but never found a solution.

His wasn't a fascinate though, it was older. Also Android though but like 1.6.
