Love them. I would say the most consistent tire I have had, they just don't like to get too hot.

I have a trailer hitch on the back of the car to tow my kart with and that has a nice flat spot to put a go pro sticky mount. Worked great, it was more for my stx build to see what the rear was going but since I scrapped that it gets some awesome shots of it three wheeling.

The car runs in stock class so there is only so much I can do to the car but to be honest I live the way it is right now

Yeah that was a long sweeping right hand turn. A lot of load on the left front so the rear tire was up for and extended period of time lol.

yeah I want to do more angles but the gopro is really dependent on light. The front would be cool but i fear a cone taking it off. i already had it skid down the karting track

Invest in a water sprayer. They don't like to be super hot so spray them down to keep them warm. When they get too hot they get greasy and inconsistent.

Mike, we should meet up one night. I got lots of questions for you... I live in verona right now so its pretty darn close to you

Steve Nackers, my co-worker, was telling me that he knew of a very good competing SS in AutoX and talks with you now and again apparently? He described your car and I knew it was you haha

Will do. Do you mean like after every run or after each heat? Should I dry them off after I wet them? Also would it be a horrible idea to autox with them before the full 500 mile break in?

Oh yeah very cool! Yeah I see Steve about every Autox. I'm always willing to help out with questions. Been autocrossing for sometime now so I have a lot of info to share lol. I'm in Fitchburg right now near the cops.

I don't see too many cobalt SS around here!

What I do is make my 1st run and just reset the tire pressures.

The 2nd run you will build up more heat so spray them off from there on out. All depends on outside temps as well, if it's colder outside you won't need to spray them.
