Thumbs up AyrtonSenna Build Thread

Recently a new member here (AyrtonSenna) contacted me about his laundry list of parts he wanted installed. After a few responses back and forth, we had a plan of attack set. He changed all of his ship to addresses to mine and the parts have already started showing up at the shop. Once these 2 cars leave my garage this week, he is set to drop off his SS. Here's the parts list breakdown:

WERKS 535 HP Turbo Kit:

The list:
  • Werks Turbo Kit
  • Hahn FMIC
  • Hahn CP's (only some used)
  • TurboXS MBC
  • OTTP Stg2 Rotated Mounts
  • TTR Engine Mount
  • Clutch Masters Aluminum Flywheel
  • Clutch Masters Stg4 Clutch
  • R1 Concepts Front/Rear Rotors
  • Hawk HPS Pads Front/Rear
  • SS Brake Lines (not sure brand)
  • H&R Front/Rear Wheel Spacers
  • TTR Rack Spacers
  • Pedders XA Coilovers
  • Eibach Sway Bar Set
  • TWM Shifter Cable Clamp
  • Bunch of gauges, trying to get him to simplify this!

There are some other lil things here or there and I believe he is adding a A/V Install as well now.

First Weekend:

The Caliper's, Manifold, Charge Pipes, Intake, Mounts are all off to send for Powder Coating today. We have the clutch swapped, just need to bolt the trans back up. The suspension has all been finished and we just have to install the longer studs on the rear pass side and the rear is totally completed. Moving RIGHT along

They list it for just over 4K I believe. I dont want to directly link it because I don't think they are a vendor on this site still.

There are 2 diff 5557's. One with the ported shroud with the 4" intake, and one with the 3" intake, non ported shroud. This is the latter, yours might be the former?

Yea there is a lot of different combos these turbos come in lol. My 5857 has a 2.5 inch vband out and you can also get a 3 inch v band. 2 and 2.5 inch compressor outlet.

This is the Ball Bearing, Billet Wheel, 5557.
(The pic is a lil shaky on the label lol)

He texted me tonight, in the next day or 2 he's dropping it off. I have a space all ready for him to go and everything but the Pedders are sitting here
