Ported Intake Manifold and Throttle Body Combo!
If you haven't seen the threads or the pics on this, I will give you a short explanation:
While I had the Intake Manifold off my car, I checked out how it matched up to the head. I noticed that there was some room to open up the manifold and make a smooth transition into the ports on the head. We then looked at the Throttle Body to see if we could do some work on that as well, and sure enough, we can! It has some really crazy contours inside of it that we smoothed out while still maintaining some of the original shape. We then knife edged the lip around the top and polished everything up! I gained a little over .1 seconds with our Ricer 60-100 Math, and March 5th I will be dyno'ing the car to see what whp gains it makes.
Since posting the original thread, Ive had quite a bit of interest and people asking for pricing info. The combo takes a good 4 hrs to port and polish up nicely. So I will be offering the set for $200 w/return shipping included! I can also JUST do the Throttle Body, since most of the work is actually on that part, it will be $140 for just the TB w/return shipping included. (The included shipping is for inside the U.S Only!) You will have MUCH better throttle response and a LOT more mid range grunt! I had times where 3rd gear would rip the tires before, now its constant!

Hey post up your address or pm me. Now is the IM opened up the the size of the head? Or are you just smoothing things out? I will send my stuff and then when you get the jig made up you will have the parts.
