We recently added a new style gauge face for the Cobalt, we call it "Euro Style". It is a cleaner style and is available for all versions. The style is particularly good for accommodating larger custom graphics.

i just installed my red and black Black Cat custom gauge with the red LED"S.......lemme tell ya.....they are soooo worth it. Awesome and not that difficult to install! glad I got mine and cant wait to get my boost gauge insert in the mail on tuesday to match........goodbye KPA hello good old PSI

its weird cause in the pics the "Red" LED's look orange but they are "Blood" red in real life and look great.

 

whoa where did you get that steering wheel?

 

its from the Saturn Sky redline.......for some reason GM gave them a red and black steering wheel if you got the red/ black interior package.......but they didnt let the Cobalt SS have this even tho they came wit a red and black interior......go figure. There is currently a member on this site who is selling his and it is brand new. He got it from the same place that I got mine. I painted the "bezels" gloss black cause the silver was horrid.

Im curious on if I got some could you guys by chance move the redline higher? Just for future referance after my turbo build. Lol!

 

how hard is it to do the led's? i wanna do it but im so not tech savy my dads an electrical engineer but i dont think hes ever done led's
does all it take is a sodering gun?
anyway you guys could send me the instructions so i could take a look at them before i buy
cause im definatly gonna get the gauge face i just wanna decide whether or not to get the led's cause if i **** it up thats a mistake

 

get a $20 soldering iron from home depot.......not a soldering gun.....a soldering iron cause its thinner like a pencil! not hard at all just take your time and read the instructions. If you can find an electronics place to do it thats even better......i couldn't so i had to go in alone but it was easier than I thought it would be!

that looks badass how much did you end up paying for everything? and how did you paint the steering wheel centercap?

 

i think it was 150 for the gauge and led's and i didnt paint the steering wheel! its from a saturn sky redline. its factory red leather. the chevy emblem is just an inlay
