Bought a set of retros mike had built for someone. Buying them I knew going into it the headlights fogged and needed to be resealed ( we think ). So I purchase them and mike gets in contact with me about sending me free sealant. I received two bottles of sealant and a nozzle/applier thing. Just got done resealing the headlights and HOPEFULLY! ( cross your fingers ) that is all it needed. But I think thats great service for a vendor to back up not the purchasing customer but the NEXT purchaser of one of his products to back his product and keep the people happy. Thats great service in my book. I like to post positive when I receive great service and or product ( see my badmab header thread ) because its all too often we see the negative posts on products.
