Well about a month ago i got a new Performance Auto and Sound Magazine in the mail so like most guys i read most of my magazine in the washroom... yeah thats right... i have an amazing bathroom stack of reading material (no **** just car mags)

and i saw a add regarding JL Audio wanted to sponsor cars in Canada so i figured i would go onto GEMSEM(dot)com which is jl's Canadian distributor of their exuiptment..

all i had to do was answer a few questions regarding my car, usal make, model, year, any mods done and any future mods, and what kind of audio i have.... well i explained i am still gathering all my jl equiptment all i have is a 500/1 and a 10W7 in a jl box (real nice)

and today i got a email from JL audio and it explained that i have been chosen and i would get 20% off anything i ordered from anywhere they are sold (authorized dealers)

and to that one of the letters said to bargin with the people and once i get a great deal i should only then show them the 20% off... which is amazing for them to even say that...


so needles to say im gonna go pick up some front and rear components and probrably a jl 300/4 4 ch amp....

cuase if i spend about a 1000 i can alteast save 200 bucks which is nice..

just wondering if any one else tried this.... or if they just sent it to everyone who signed up....
