you should, i sent one, anyways, use an email account minus occ, ontariocobaltclub, etc.
make it your own and we are good to go.

Why would that matter? None of the users on the forum would ever see my e-mail address!!?

I use custom e-mail addresses to prevent spam and to add better filtering in my e-mail. This forum I use cobaltss@tafb.com, it's a catch all domain, you can e-mail iLickDonkyBalls@toysareforboys.com and I still get it!

I need to use the domain/forum name in the e-mail address in case your forum gets hacked, and I start getting spam to that address, so I can report the exploit to the forum owner, then ban that e-mail so the spam will stop.

If you can come up with someweirdemail@toysareforboys.com that will let me remember it originates from ontariocobaltclub.com 10 years in the future, just let me know and I'll sign up with that.
