As you guys know my cobalt has been gone for a month now, I am loving the Monte SS. Humberview took my lease back with no penalties whatsoever. The car was on their lot for only a few days before it was sold, had 8500 kms on the clock. They were advertising it for 20,999 I believe. Hopefully I can make it out for any meet you guys have next. I had a stock dyno run done about 2 weeks ago and as usual, GM has underrated this one as well. They claim its 303 HP stock, I was putting down 298 at the wheels so it must be close to 325/330 HP. I kid you not guys, it ALMOST feels as powerful as the vette. Being an LS4 motor, the mods are endless for this thing!

My friend Ryan's gf, he came to that first big meet I organized last year. He lives off of bramalea rd. He has his car lowered, intake, getting exhaust and Stage 2 is on order for him as well.

Decent car, but i'd never buy a fwd V8. I hate it enough in the Cobalt.

 

Gas is amazing, under light load situations is shuts down to 4 Cyl..like when you are crusing for example, or your on the highway. It seemlessly switches back to 8 Cyl as soon as you tap the gas.

 

I have no problem Hooking the car if I want too, also, I can drive it all year round, FWD helps. I already have a vette, if I want rear wheel drive, I just take that out. It is an amazing cruiser car. And the exhaust for stock, it blows me away, it sounds amazing, you KNOW its a V8 when you turn it over.

 

Hopefully you're not getting this other "Ryan" mixed up with my roommate "Scott" who Ang thought was me when we first showed up at the meet . Now if that isn't confusing as all hell I don't know what is!
