Yeah they broke both pins on the passenger side. Car was down for 4 days because of it.
It took a lot of penetrating fluid and patience to get them without breaking. I actually bent one a little bit and had to straighten.

Seeing as how it took mark and myself 2-4 days to pull the motor and tranny from his old car, I'd say that's damn good time you made!! Lol

He knows more about the car at this point than gm tecnitions. Of course knowing the car came from factory superrged probably puts everyone in the slightly more knowledgable than gm mechanics category.

I've worked on numerous cars over the years and I will tell you this: I would rather work on a diesel tractor that you have to climb up and down the tires to get to the motor anyday than work on the ecotecs! lol

location and tools available makes a huge diff..... he is using a shop, hoist, and appropriate tools..... we had backyard, jacks, and some idiot jumping up and down on the valve cover saying "get the **** out of there you piece of crap"....... but yes your making good time blue..... sorry to hear about your misfortunes...... i really cant wait to hear this biatch fire up and make a serious pass......

Guys you need to take out ALL of the motor and subframe bolts for the motor to drop out lol

Went hard last night and got all my go fast parts on the new motor. Big thanks to mike for helping pull wrenches and getting the motor back in the car today. Just gotta hook a few more things up and I'm back in bewst
