So my Dad the perfect driver, got a speeding ticket this weekend for speeding in a construction zone when workers present. $482 plus 2 demerits. :O

Ya you gotta watch construction zones. Way too easy to speed in them. Driving 60k from Stonewall to Winninpeg down #7 during the day I just want to shoot myself in the face.

Yup the kicker is the workers present weren't on the road, not even the ditch beside the road, but in the field beside the ditch thats beside the road.

That is why he plans to fight it. Hell even the mountie said take it to court. Apparently even if it 3 am and now work is being done but there is say a night watchmen on site then a worker is present.
