Probably because the more ethanol in fuel the more fuel is needed to make the same power. With only 10 percent E it shouldn't be a huge difference but certainly could effect driveability.
I know my car gets allot more knock with shell gas vs coop. It likes husky 94 though.
It sucks we don't get petro 94 anymore. Stopped supplying it like 8 years ago.

Everyone except for husky has 91

From what I recall petro didn't have ethanol in it when it was 94 back in the day
Does it have e in it there?

91 to 94 with 10% E made no difference in my tune. I couldn't put any more timing into it.

I'm usually not too picky with my fuel. Shell, Petro 91 or Huskey 94. Don't notice a difference in mileage at all.

for the record mine drinks husky 94 and sips petro 94. much better drivability with petro. all other 91/94 suppliers my car will be very thirsty, with a crapfull of misfires.

Wanna know what else is cool? At our Petro Serve gas stations every Friday you get 30 cents off of each gallon of E85 for "Flex Fuel Friday" some promotional campaign. Also, at our Cenex stations here in Bis, if you fill with E85, you can keep track of your receipts or have them keep tabs for you and turn it in at the end of the year and they will backpay you every cent they made off of you from flex fuel. Our government makes sense doesn't it?
