Mike a really good cardio workout that burns fat really well is get on a treadmill or even run outside. Warm up first obviously but do a fast pace walk for 1 min, then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Then go back down to a fast pace walk for a min, then back to running for 30 seconds. Do that for atleast 20 min. Gets the metabolism working like crazzzzeee.

my advise for your sport is cardio too.... breathing is key..... it will also give you endurance.... a rugged cross counrty run will help too.....

I have heard that from a few fitness gurus I know and as soon as it warms up to say -20* C I will start. I do need to get up to a 5K run as part of my training in the spring will be 5K runs before the daily warm up and training and part of the stamina.

I's 'effin stoked and I think you guys will be impressed by the time I am ready to go.

As for Murdertank. Gotta be careful with that muffler delete here with all the VIU's in the summer. If you do it goodluck but watch out for them coppers the look for that **** as an excuse to look at the whole vehicle. You could get away with catless as its up outta site. Just my measly 2 cents.

 

I wouldn't do both. I'm catless and couldn't imagine daily driving with a louder car. It's pretty loud already.
