Dead thread is dead. I've stripped all the go fast parts off my car. TVS is gone and sold to a guy in Toronto. A local is buying all my cooling mods and CAI. So just from stripping my car of go fast parts the motor is almost ready to come out lol. Just need to find a puller to get my ATI damper off. But hope to have the new motor on the stand today and start to swap stuff over. Just want the motor to be in before it gets super cold. My turbo kit is getting delivered this weekend hopefully

Ya know I have that knock issue with my timing pulled back to the ******* middle ages, and I still beat a Hyundai Genisis 3.8 GT with Bolt ons, seriously! Nice looking car, sounded sweet.

they are nice cars though, and the 2013 (iirc) finally got a good bump in hp...
iirc the 3.8 was good for 305hp prior to the 2013 model year... it's too bad they also had about an additional $10k msrp over an SS/TC, otherwise I *might* have gotten into one.
