good point, and that 2.0 60' was on street tires? thats pretty good. Thats my main concern, I haven't been to the track before so as long as i can get a half-decent 60' i should have a good time.

well heres the situation...stock i ran 15.45 (broke a new 2.4L stock record..factory time is generaly 15.50+)

went to the track again with my intake..ran 15.5-15.7's all day...was a **** off..

so now i got intake and muffler (doesnt add much if any) and wear and tear and shitty allingment so i cant see myself running any better..

last year i was the one of the only people to hit a .50 reaction time..i just need more money for more mods lol

Nope, I'm the white RSX Type-S (debadged) with gold rims. At the track I'm sporting the stock gunmetal rims in the read, and black rims/slicks on the fronts.

How much $$ do you want for me to do a couple passes on those slicks???? Ill be arriving at gimli with spare axles..............

Well I can add to that story, my very first run on slicks, botched my first burnout (Pretty embarassing in front of a stand of spectators lol) and ran the 13.80. Have never gotten it again (mostly 13.82-13.84, which I'm happy for the consistency). You just have to have the right mind-set, I *know* I can do 13.80, I *know* I can do better with a little practice. Blame the 15.5-15.7's on the shitty head winds we had last year.

Stock I ran 15.2 @ 94, and that's average joe-schmoe stock times. You've broken the stock record, so you're already off to a good start.

What's your bolt pattern? It's a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern, 15" x 7" rim, 24.5" x 8" slick. If the bolt pattern fits, and it the rim clears your rotors, you can have a couple runs if you buy me a burger @ Gimli lol.

Yeah there's only 1 manafacturer that makes a 15" rim for the RSX, clearance is like 1-2 millimeters. It's our only option if you want to run a slick, otherwise everyone else uses a Drag Radial.

Cobalt's don't have any option for full race slicks? (on top of the stock rotor/caliper)

What are your goals for times this year?

All the Gimli talk on all the local forums has got me excited, unfortunately I won't be able to make the May long race weekend 'cuz I'll be camping (With jeffereyss no less lol). I'll definately be out for any other Test & Tune that doesn't fall on a long weekend.

**** may long.............camping ftw !

this has been a long time comming.but me and foujin will be out there next time for sure !!!!!!!!!

projekt, listen to this guy,he is a smart mother ****** and his knowledge on the n/a ...you might pick up something.

this kid right here is family , i'll rep this him forever ! and he's one of my closest friends to boot.

no doubt we will be tearing it up on the highway out to camping though if we can actually leave at the same time lol
