Should I do a search for "car show july 5th", or do you care to expand on that, or did I just miss something?

I've been convinced that the 42 lb injectors are maxed out in the top end, on a 2.9, with GM's canned Stage 2 tune. I have seen the logs of the injectors going static.

The only solution is to get a tune to lean out the canned tune since it is pig rich... But I don't know how or who can do that for a fair price.

And to get technical, the people with widebands and stage 2 are showing afr's in the 10's which is quite rich apparently, and so it can be leaned out to run around 11.5 ish at WOT which means the injectors aren't working as hard and have some more room to spare

your duty cycling shouldnt be that bad on the 42's with just stage two...

what % was it running????

this can be easly cured with a tune

no it's fine with stage 2 pulley.. but with 2.9 that means quite a bit more air and thats when the duty cycles are getting over 100%.... the duty cycles on one guys car at sea level were 115% and 19-20 msec for pulse widths

2.8 ran over 120% at times. but I hardly redline.

I think his point is he wants a smaller pulley with out the added cost of getting tuned.

yah on Stage 2... and yah in my 1st post I mentioned I could get a tune but I don't know who can/wants to do one for a fair price.

so 2.9 and 42lbs = possible with a tune

but not on GM's canned stage 2 tune,

Yah I wish I knew more about tuning, it's easy enough to say "lean out GM's stage 2 tune" but how to actually do that is HP Tuners is beyond me lol. And I don't wanna learn on my own car, that might end badly.
