A muffler will not restrict the flow of a long tube header, high flow cat and 2.5 catback no

Have you called all the dismantlers?

I got the interior out of a SRTC '09 SS last summer, from a wrecker on the east side... (not a self serve yard, they're on car-part.com btw);
that car had a regular boost gauge, and a highrise spoiler when I last saw it.

So does it look like anything is happening in Winnipeg this year?

Well for starters a GMPP exhaust is 2.25". And I'm not buying a whole new cat back. It's the muffer/resonator that needs to be changed to make it quieter

SS TC Muffler is pretty unrestrictive. Catback is reported to add only about 0-2hp on average for anyone who doesnt do a full turbo swap on an LNF. I imagine it would be just fine for a 2.5 catback on an SS SC with factory SC.

I think the biggest gains he would get would have been from stretching out that header and getting the over axle kinks out. it will still be 2.5" all the way.

If i have a 5" diameter pipe 5 feet long it will flow x amount of water. Now i take the same pipe and put a 1" diameter tip on the end of it. will it still flow x?

Pretty sure manufacturers have to make a part for 7 years after a car finishes production.
Pretty sure it's the law.

It won't be anything that is going to make or break my long tube and 2.5" catback. The stock muffler is still 2.5".

Agreed. The math is right on the money. Plus the factory muffler isn't particularly restrictive. Shouldn't make much difference at all.

It's gm paint... Do they not just order the colour? Or do they actually custom mix it?
If they do mix it there should be an exact "recipe" avalible for your year and colour.
Hell duplicoloumaskes gm matched paints if I'm not mistaken.
