The suspension/clutch is a step up for sure.
They worked out a few kinks from the first ss cars (however the 07lsj is pretty much the same minus the seats and motor/clutch)
The bigest plus on an Lnf is being able to make 300whp on just a tune and a down pipe.

Ask Dustin how much he has into mods to be there. However he is probably into the car for about 10k less than any original owner lnfs.

If you are aiming for more than 360 or so whp your looking at the same kind of money for both platforms IE turbo upgrade kit.

Drive both Would be the best way to compare.
I've driven every model of cobalt and currently own my personal favorite.
Ya it definitely takes way more to match whp with an LNF. But 280whp lsj > 300whp lnf.

a 300 whp LNF will also be making around 340-320 wtq, a LSJ will be what 260-280?

Ya definitely more tq made with a turbo no question. I'll still take my supercharged powerband over yours. But that's all personal preference. Numbers don't mean everything.

Well after 4 years my buddy Chris who used to work at motion got his mustang done! It's a beast. He's going to be at motion all day today dialing it in. I'll probably stop by there later. He's shooting for 900whp.

Ya I've got a few pairs from the girls that stay over and tend to leave em. Is that what you do when you come over? Go through my underwear drawer hoping to find panties to steal?

These ones had Dustin - Friday written on them. No need to exagerate the truth dustin.

I think you get them with every purchase of a slightly used LSJ don't you?

No no you're thinking lnf. Remember you told me that's why you upgraded to an lnf. Because GM's promotion at the time was a free pair of panties with every LNF purchase.
