So today I pulled the injectors and as I pull out the rail gas is pouring from where the #2 injector meets the rail. So of course I am like WTF? i look at it closer and the clip that holds it in is hanging loose and the injector itself is cockeyed ( he he i said cockeyed) I guess when I installed them and wiggling them in the hole (he he he) it came (hehehehe) loose. Any ways I fixed it and put it all together and start her up and ta da she starts right away, woo hoo. Well a few hours later I go out and it is doing the same thing again. So tomorrow I am gonna take them out again and see if its loose again. The curse is strong in this one.

Finally got around to removing the dealership sticker and put my cobaltss.net decals on. Love even just doing little things like that.

No I buy it 20 liters at a time at motion performance. It's dirt cheap there.

Due to street tires being your enemy my guess tomorrow is going to be 13.6@108. Be there ready to go for 10am! You will get way more runs in.

I'll be there bright and early.

I'd like to get a 13.5 or less but I think your prob right Dustin.

What is the race fee with the new owners? $50?

Yup $50. Well what's gonna be hard with your car is the torque. Last year when my clutch wouldn't hold Drag radial launches and I ran street tires it sucked. Constantly trying to find the fine line of traction and blowing the tires off. And that was with my no torque M62 lol. If you can lay a 2.2 60ft tomorrow at Gimli you're doing good. Tough to get much better than that on street tires.

Well got three runs in till it started raining.

Run 1 - 14.41 @ 103.1 with 2.4 60'
Run 2 - 13.79 @ 98.9 with 2.24 60' Ran out of third gear a little early NLS 2-3
Run 3 - 13.63 @ 105.3 with 2.20 60' NLS 2-3 and 3-4

I dont think it's got much more in it. maybe 13.5

Also talked to some guy who says his friend has a s20g swapped ss/tc in winnipeg

Nice final time! My guess wasn't far off . I thought you would have been able to trap higher though. Especially on street tires.

Only 3 runs? Was it that busy today?

Nice runs!
I'm really suprised your traps weren't like 106-109 consistently. That 99 is suprising.
Good 60fts for street tires!

2nd run I ran third gear out hoping to finish in third but hit limiter and coasted last little bit. that's why the low trap

Not very busy , just rain.
The last pass was the only full out pass

Making more power the solution on the Lnf with a stock turbo is just to shift into fourth. I am 100% sure of this after last weekend. My ET and mph were better when I shifted to 4th (its only for like 1 second but it's worth it)

Stock rev limiter is like 6100 btw. You can go up to 6500 without breaking stuff but there is no point when your torque curve falls on it's face around 5000rpm (even tuned)
