Depending on the status of my vehicle, I may take that turbo down the road

Does anyone want a Cobalt calendar? I've got one left. Asadhussain said he wanted one but is never on here so it's up for grabs if anyone wants it. And Dustin I have yours collecting dust along with your LED map lights.

I think i figured out a good option for my next vehicle

Summer fun + good mileage = S2K

and no the turbos not blown to my knowledge i just have to figure out what the hell this problem is with it.

hopefully seafoam is the answer.

But i also need to find out why my traction control light and brake lights are on when im driving and off when i brake lol

With the money i'd save i'd drive a cheap dodge neon.

Hell if i keep my TC ill still drive a winter vehicle. Makes no sense for me to put it through a harsh winter again when i can save money on insurance and purchase a 1000 dollar saftied neon to beat the **** out of.

Specially when a proper set of winter tires/rims costs the same amount.

U.S prices are real cheap.

You can get AP1's with higher mileage for 8-12k.

AP2's with decent mileage for 14-20k max.

20000 over 4 @ 5% is 460 a month.

460 * 12 = 5520

5520 / 26 (bi-weekly) =212.31

Im paying 256 bi-weekly for the next 3 years on a vehicle that will be worth slightly around 8-12k when my finance is up.

a S2K WILL hold its value better then a SS, Thats fact. Not to mention the value difference between the states and Canada.

Its freeing up roughly 60 bucks a month, moving to (IMO) a better car and owning it in the same amount of time.

Its not really coming out "ahead" no one comes out "ahead" unless you buy a vehicle from the U.S to flip. But it is coming out better then i would in this financle situation i am in.

Like i've told many many people (99% Dustin SC) I Like my car, But its to expensive to drive for what it is. I've made mistakes financly and im going to fix those by moving on to a cheaper car that holds better value. Simple as that.

If you can swing it for around that I suppose it's not a bad move aside from moving to a rwd 4cyl that costs a small fortune to mod anything forced induction. Not to mention NEEDING a winter vehicle and losing two seats.
I'm pretty sure it's a few grand in importing costs as well. Assuming it doesnt need anything to pass safety.

Importation costs are stricly GST when crossing the boarder, PST When insuring and Duty (6.1%)

Besides that you need a RIV (150 bucks) and a saftey (which im guessing it doesnt need anything to pass)

And S2K is sweet but I agree with you. Why not something AWD, turbo and still have a back seat Jordan?
