Went over to my rents to pull my car out of storage, man that was a hassle. Went to install the dp, and my O2 sensor was ******* WELDED on. Well not literally but ******* TIGHT. I so struggled with it under the car for a while and ended up uplugging the wire and taking the dp off. I had to heat the **** out of it and smack the wrench with a 2x4. The rest went flawlessly. Also ran the car for a bit just out of the manifold, sounded like absolute **** hahah

 

Lol ya when I helped Dustin put his dp in we had to use every single extension I could possibly find to get the top bolt lol. It was like a 2 foot extension lol.

 

Lol I used the same thing. half inch drive with like a 2-3 ft extension. The studs on the turbo were no problem, the 3 nuts took a bit of persuasion but it was the o2 sensor that left me with bruises in the palms of my hands

 

Ya its hit or miss with 02 sensors. His came out easy. Hope ya put some never seize on the threads before installing haha.

Well my retro kit showed up. Going to tackle them today. Car sounds pretty mean with the catless dp and muffler delete.

 

Catless and muffler delete? That thing must be loud lol.

 

On cat warm up its pretty damn loud. Hopefully won't be too bad drone.
Got the led tails, flip plate, and 5000k dogs in today. Tomorrow painting rims and lowering springs.
I'm going to insure it tomorrow.
Jordan you free this week sometime to do some tuning? I'm still waiting on my map sensor to come in. Hopefully early this week

Also on the way home from my buddies place i pull up beside this white SI civic, (newer body) with a carbon fiber wing and stickers and rims, im thinking of god here we go...

He revs at me...Again the thoughts of "oh god" are running through my head.

He makes the motions for me to roll down my window, i do.

He says "Hey, i don't want to race. Just wanted to say those rims look sick man"

I reply "Ha ha Thanks! i wouldn't race anyways its stupid, but thanks they are peeling so i am kind of unhappy with him"

We talked for a bit, really nice guy.

Moral of the story, Don't judge a book by its cover boys, If i did that i would think Dustin is some kind of hillbilly inbred hick...wait...isnt he?
