Just went to see the HSC lottery show home. HOLY ****! What a nice shack would be nice to win an dlive in but I still could not afford the property taxes estimated at $20,000/year. So whats the point.

I know but if you are having a draw to win a house you should have part of the prize where the cost of taxes is civered for a few years anyways. yay i won a house...... wanna buy it wtf. Jordan we will need to arrange some time to tune as i am working nights maybe friday or something.

not sure. if you win it it also comes with $25K cash so u could use that for taxes for a year maybe.

If you dont live in it for a year, and sell it. its considered capital gain and you pay about 45% tax on it.
