I think it is as simple as a flange swap other on the DP or the exhaust. You may want to consider a reducer but it isn't necessary. It will slightly improve the air flow but not much.
Are you guys sure it's reduced on the catback side on a TC? I don't think it is iirc doing Dustin's downpipe. But if that's the case then mike you just have to weld a 3 bolt TC flange on and bolt up the TC exhaust.

i cant imagine it being redueced on the downpipe side or else people would not bolt a 3 inch aftermarket up after, the reduction in airflow would be terrible
Well you can buy a 3" dp that bolts right up to an lsj but it's reduced right at the end. But if you can bolt up a 3" direct then ya it must be reduced on the catback side. So mike just weld a TC flange on

email zzp and just ask them for a flange im sure they have tons
The downpipe is 3" all the way on a tc. All you hold have to do is change your flange on the DP to an Lnf flange. And it should bolt right up to the 2.5" exhaust.
Just do what guys i work with used to do on there lunch breaks. They would go to wendys and fill out applications with my bosses info. He would always get calls with job offers from wendys, KFC and so on.. haha he would always ask what it pays before declining.
