All I'm saying is that those who can, do, and those who cannot, complain.

Just asking for some respect for the game, and less stereotypes. Especially from you, since there are more recreational golfers per capita in Canada than any other country in the world

ok SLIM. that still doesn't give you the right to say that. there's lots of proven facts about canadians and americans but you don't hear anyone else saying them. this thread is about an nfl player that went to the cfl.

Football is MAYBE watched ONCE a year in Canada and thats for the GREY CUP...after that..its over haha

What are you talking about? Did you know that Football is the second most popular sport in Canada next to hockey? The NFL rating are only beaten by some NHL teams.

What sports teams do Toronto have that are better than the Argo's? The Leafs? HA! The Blue Jays? HAHA!

Oh, and for the record Ricky will be tested by the NFL throughout the season.

And RicerHater does not speak for all Canadians.

It's funny how some people live in their own little tiny world and think that everyone everywhere else thinks the same as them....

Yeah well, as much as i dont have anythign wrong with the CFL, i do have to question there integrity as a league, they didnt notice ottawa had problems until MARCH? lol...ok..well...even david stearn or garry bettman would have noticed..and no offence to them but there deffinitly not the brightest light bulbs...anyways before people question the drug policy of the CFL they should also question that of the NFL....he was caught 3 previous times and allowed to play, his suspension for this is 1 year...like yeah the CFL doesnt recognize the NFL's suspensions btu that will happen....the NFL should crack down a little more since they have the ability to...

*Shrug* to me i don't really care who plays in the CFL..it's boring and I never watch it..Ricky Williams isn't gonna make me wanna watch it..just can't get into canadian football..im sure the players are just as talented as NFL players, i just cant bring myself to watch it..don't really know why..i'll watch curling though..but only to pray that i might be able to once see some action up the women's kilts when they throw the rock..only to be disappointed and i continue flipping..i know Toronto SS knows what im sayin...but i'll stop because this thread isn't about upskirting in the world of curling.

ricky

just last week when this all went down i had to explain to my girlfiend the long stange story behind ricky williams.
i bet alot of you dont know how long and how strange it is.
coming out of texas ricky williams was cupposed to be the second coming of jesus christ.
when the eagles selected donovan mcnabb they were booed by the fans at the draft.
dikta traded the saints first 5 picks in the draft to move up to take ricky. which basically sank the franchise for the next 5 years.
ricky williams the had master P thats right master P as his agent. master p then proceeds to sign ricky to a incentive heavy contract. which meant if ricky put up big yards he would have been the highest paid NFL star. unfortunately for ricky his time in new orleans was riddle with injuries....in the end he signed one of the lowest contracts ever signed by a 1st round draft pick.
then he gets traded to miami. he gets his health back a puts together a few solid seasons for the dolphins. after which he decides to quit and go to india to study yoga and get high. he loses his arbitration with the dolphins and is forced to pay the dolphins a large portion of his contract back. then he returns for a season and then gets caught again.
now he is in the cfl getting tested by the nfl up 10 times a week!!!
good luck ricky what a long strange trip its been.
if i left anything out or somebody else posted this im sorry.

Ricki Williams is a good player but the CFL is a throwing game not a running game like the NFL.
