ya i definately noticed a difference between edmonton and calgary track. the best mph i could muster was 100mph where as in edmonton i hit 103-104 all day long.
best 1/4 tonight was 14.317... not bad I suppose.

I got a 14.4 sec time at 100.1 Mph at Race City in calgary in my 2008 Cobalt SS/TC Completely Stock. It was my first time drag racing aswell. I'm working at getting a better start for next time, so ill hopefully have a better time next time I go heh.

that was my 60' for that run. Its also my best yet at either track. Considering I thought the track prep was poor compared to edmonton I'd say Im improving on my launches.
you know... I was just looking at my timeslip from my 14.229 run in edmonton and my 60' was 2.297.
sigh, i need traction lol

I dont doubt it at all.
remember, our cars lose HP like a bastard at 5000ft DA,
but the LNF pcm detects a drop in tq, and it pumps the power up until its reading 260ftlbs at all times.
altitude will make very little diff for the ss/tcs
