if some suggest that coffee, especially too much coffee is bad for you - what would those same people say about redbull?

I personally aspire to be able to fully function, chemical, or additive free...

I've only recently started drinking coffee - and that's mostly because it's at work... which is somewhat conducive to falling asleep ~ so having a beverage other than water helps keep me awake...
and as much as I like pop, I've been cutting alot of it out over the past couple years...
and coffee, can be drunk with very little sugar - if the mix is done right.

oh, and Steve, even for those days where I've stayed up till 3 or 4am, I don't recall ever sleeping till 3pm.
Five hours generally does me fine, or in a pinch, four hours will be ok for one day...

coffee should be drunk black...nothing added. if you don't get it right with black, try more or less grounds when making it.

and ya the longest i've ever slept before is 36 hours. i'm pretty sure i got drugged at a bar a few years back, went to bed and didn't wake up for about 36 hours.

I have ZERO controll of our coffe type here at work - and any batch is for the whle office staff;
Management decided to get this type which is plain aweful - it has a burnt-as$ taste w/o sugar ~ the only way I can make it drinkable with sugar alone, is to dilute wit hthe cup about 2/3 full, then the remaining 1/3 with water...
or, do a cup of coffee with almost a whole packet of hot chocolate mix...
or a splash of cream, and some sugar.

Meh, as with many things in life, I simply prefer to roll with what's been dealt...

it's simply easier to make the work stuff work for me, than to do my own thing here at work...

I know what you mean, but given a good degree of caution, it is doable...
I mean you work in a big office building right?
PDA at work would be a huge no-no~ and ultimately probably get you in hot-water...

I know what you're saying, and I think it's a good/safe stance to have;
but if the right woman should come along....

note that I didn't say, or allude to "right now"...
