I've never heard him actually ask someone with an LNF to race lol. Just goes on a rant about how they are supposed to have a superior car but they won't race him. It's a scare tactic lol

There's asking someone for a friendly race and then there's just being arrogant about it. You have to be non-confrontational about trying to race someone you've never met before. You just need to calm down and ask people, no need to "challenge" someone or anyone to a race like you are dueling to the death or for pinks lol
