by the time you meet me I will be running a turbo.. lol. but nice try. I will have to run a ss/tc through some corners to see how good they really are.

So i purchased an interceptor gauge, and hooked it all up today.

I can get in to the menus and everthing else but when I try to scan a parameter it shows no numbers and my rpm gauge goes out, powersteering and low fuel light flashes across the dash and security lights and ABS light on and off.

Anyone had this issue before and is there a way to fix it without sending it back

It has its own power source right from the fuse box and also removed the jumper so neither of those are the issue.
which slot did you plug it into exactly. sounds like its connected to a slot that controls is connected to your instrument cluster.

and rob i've got a few parts and some winter rubbed rims that you could test on. i need my strut tower brace done.

nope. there's alot of slots you could plug it into. take a picture of where you hooked your fuse up and i will be able to help you more.

ya but even with the wrong cord it shouldn't screw around with your instrument cluster, the interceptor as far as i'm aware doesn't have any control over the instrument cluster. did the other guy recieve a new cable and did it fix it?. which fuse slot did you plug it into anyways

Its when I plug it into the ob 2 port that's when it makes everything goes crazy. When they replaced the cable it fixed it. I tried a few different fuses but that did not change it, just happens when I plug into the data port and power it up.
