lol I'm sure I might have said I'm close to 250 with the 2.9 pulley but more boost doesn't = more hp.

I'm willing to bet that 240 might even be a good number to take.

If the dyno says under 225 I'm gonna give my car away and buy a prius

Computer controlled cars take more cash and are harder to build/Maintain/Troubleshoot vs Simple run of the mill big blocks and carbs!

Plus a my daily driver isn't getting a 15K built motor especially when it's fwd

Don't hold your breath, Teej only ever made about 280 on Sammy's dyno with a TVS and meth.

 

I pray for 300 when I strap the TVS and meth on. I doubt it will be high tho as it's being trifecta tuned. They don't go ***** out or anything which is fine with me.... As long as it's faster than my friends stage 2 gti

 

you might be setting yourself up... I mean if his dyno isn't nuts on, it could read low too...
Dyno numbers are more useful when doing mods to see itf the modification worked, or if something needs to be adjusted... 3

low tech > high tech

it all depends on dyno, you can get different ones to read higher pending whos dyno, use it all a base line to improve upn, dont get hung up on numbers, if i would have dyod my car before taking demod i bet it would have hit 320 with the mods on sammies dyno
