I have an '09 Cobalt I am thinking of taking apart;
it's virtually complete, only the back had a "run in" with a gravel truck.
Mechanically it's all there - I'm pretty sure the rear axle is even fine.

If I had a TechII (or even access to one) I don't doubt I could get it running - unfortunately for me, I don't, and I'm getting tired of it sitting in my garage.

If anyone ins looking for something, feel free to email me (link in profile; please do not PM me, that fills up way to quick).

I have a trifecta tuning box with all the cables, I've decided I'm going to learn how to tune and ordered HPTuners.

I'll sell it for $165 + Shipping. It's what I paid for it from another member, and then I had to pay duty. Or you can come pick it up.

Sorry man it's gone

I only have the engine mount from that posting (which apparently I should have put in before the track .) Which I could do super cheap . Also, when you back in leth? I owe you a case of beer.

the only way I'd actually do a part out is if someone wants to pay for either the engine, or the transmission... otherwise I'd rather keep it a complete car - because in theory it's a running car as it sits...
I've had alot of people offer to buy my seats (if they PM me though, I won't even reply)... funny thing is those were the easiest parts for me to find! (but since it was a black/grey interior car, I ended up buying front seats, as well as the door panels and the rear seat)...

So how much are you looking to get for the car. You can pm me if you don't want to advertise the price.

I am not going to advertise a price.

If someone did want this car they would need a trailer, and a means of getting it on the trailer to move it though;
just to be clear, it had a run-in with a gravel truck on Deerfoot.

Ok. No worries. Is the car a roller or is the rear that damaged that it will not roll?

it will roll...

I actually had to (because it's been sitting for roughly a year) un-seize the brakes last week so that I could roll/push it backwards (I needed to rewind my overhead door, and the car was parked to close)

(I have added "missing" parts since these photos were taken last year)

^^ I think the 2002+ factory decks need to communicate with the BCM... but I'm not 100% certain on this.
