For sale: Four 18" gunmetal rims with 5x110 bolt pattern. Tires are shot and rims have paint chips. Would make good winter rims. $300 obo.

I'm pretty sure Kris sold those to someone who is not on here;
when I looked at them (last spring) the tries had severely cracked sidewalls, and the rims were spraybombed black ~ at least I understood them to have been yours...
or maybe they were another former Calgary CSS owner's?

@ David;
I know this is a long shot - but do you ever head down this way?

I'm very interested...
(even if there's no prospect of you heading this way)

This is a current listing I have on Kijiji;
Wanted: Continental WinterContact 235/40R18 - Calgary Tires, Rims For Sale - Kijiji Calgary Canada.

I'd wager that out of those two the 225/45 might be the closest match...
can you confirm tread depth?

the 225's are 0.4 inches narrower and 0.6 inches taller
the 245's are 0.39 inches wider and 0.31 inches taller|

I actually am in calgary currently for school, but I go back home every weekend, if you wanted a pair of the tires, and were going to commit I could bring them down

ha-ha!

by tread depth I was trying to gauge the actual percentage of tread life left in the 225's (since you stated having driven with them for 10k km's)

too funny that you're here

you should come out if school isn't keeping you too busy ~ meets are generally done though a group on Facebook called 'GM Tuners of Calgary' (this theoretically takes it away from being a site-centered group, and in turn should open us to more people & car types)

I could measure the tread depth on em if you wanted,

its not keeping me too busy, but I'm gone weekends, and Im guessing my dented and dinged 2010 silverado on 35's with the 6.2l in it would be a little out of place at those meets : p

yes it probably would...
But not everyone brings out cobalts
(some by choice, others not so much)

I apparently made the mistake of thinking you were rolling around in a cobalt of some flavor... lol

Even if you can get your dad or what not to measure tread depth that would be fine...
I looked up both tires on tire rack, I'm thinking the WS70's have a more similar tread design...
but I'm not yet committing
