Dunno if people are still having trouble getting them....
but i just got back from Devon chev and they have a black, yellow, and red 2007 ss/sc on the lot.
No im not affiliated with these guys, but they have been very good to me. i have noticed some people still have to wait months to order ss/sc's sometimes, so if your lookin, look no further!
