Unhappy FS: 07 SS Supercharged testing waters

Hey guys,

Just want to see if theres any interest looking to change cars soon. Its a lease takeover

$350/mth $11000 buyout 3 yrs left
Black 07 SS Supercharged
approx. 28000kms
well maintained
fully loaded
LSD
low pro spoiler
would come with 16 inch aftermarket winter wheels
and tires barely 2 mths old

Has a crack in windshield from rock on deerfoot would fix before the sale

Sale would depend on being qualification for financing. Hate to let it go but gotta cut down expenses.

Possibly a 99 eclipse gsx not sure yet though. If I do go that route possibly immediate 6 bolt swap to avoid the c-walk.

Thought I might add the kms are mostly deerfoot as I live in the far NE and work in the far SE.

One question, why 16's? The gap is already big enough with the 17's.

the 16's are for winter they have brand new winter tires on instead of low profile tires. You'd still have the stock 18's for summer

While we're on the subject anyone have any ideas for decent cars under 10k? plan to keep it for a while so don't want to go 4 dr 50hp style. Was thinking Eclipse GSX but the more I research them the more the cost of fixing scares me

Honestly anything under $10,000 is going to cost you in repairs because most cars that are under that price have been used for quite a bit. A good place to look is the Autotrader. You will get a good idea on what you can get within your price range.

get a foxbody mustang. 5.0, you can pick those up for like 5,000 these days. and they arent hard to work on really, and easy to make fast. or you could take a 00-04 V6, which you could pick up for around 7,000ish and turbo or supercharge it, there are numerous kits out for charging mustangs... i donno if your looking for import or domestic.....

My bad wasn't paying attention doesn't necessarily have to be under just + or - 2k or so. I really want the dsm I know I'll have to fix somethings no matter what I get but it sounds like a dsm will always need fixing regardless.

i was looking at getting a gsx as well but from what ive heard/read they break down alot like you said. i dont know your feelings on honda but you could get like a 2000 civic and boost it for around 10 grand.

Maybe an integra...had a civic before so don't really want to do it again much as i miss it. teg would be boosted within a year though....tradition lol. Other thing i was looking at is a MR2 but that probably sucks in winter

yea i dont know too much about the MR2 reliability wise and what not but they might be a bit of a pain in the winter. although since there a mid-engine they might not be too bad since theres a little more weight back there. lol that is only my theory though.

240sx is also a possibility but it would be the last body style everyone has the hatchback.
