Intake

Picked up my injen intake on saturday!....

went to install it about 1:00pm then next day (after my brunch) hahA!

get started.... and right away i hit a snag, the throttle body/grommet/intake pipe dont wanna go together. so i just pushed REALLY hard and well that went on.. haha..
then i couldnt get my bumper off to pull out the airbox, so i eventually got the bumper off and the box wouldnt come out cuz of the plastic clips or w/e, so i got pissed nad just REEFED on it, it came out, HAHA!!

get where the 3rd pipe should go into... THE TWO PIPES WONT ALIGN AT ALL!!! i was like FACK!!!! so i took it all apart...did the longest pipe first and matched up the other ones too it, i never seen somethign fit so badly... it fits now.. but god damn!

its in, it sounds AMAZING and i can definately feel a difference, cant wait to hit the track and see what itll do for me

got it for 275.00 + GST, so 300.00 total from Speedtech, they were having a big sale, saved almost 100.00

PICS ADDED LOWER!

I have the injen as well and I love it. I didn't have the same problems installing mine as you did with yours but whatever. I like your new hood by the way it looks good.

ion intakes are higher in price as well... haha.. and ss/sc intakes are cheaper then the 2.2/2.4 too...

lots of things to take into account

they initially wanted 360.00 for it, which is why i was gonna buy online, but they went down to 275.00 for the sale.. so i grabbed one...
