Lowering springs

Hey guys, just looking to see if anyone has or knows anyone that has some ebiach pro kit springs they might want to sell or even if you know any places that have some good deals on them in or around the city. I know they do little for dropping but I'm looking for a spring that sits close to stock to not work my struts and shocks to much but will improve my handling over the stock setup. Any help would be great.

My good friend works at a jb's power center here in Edmonton. I get deals on stuff all the time on everything in the store. I could see what kind of deal he could get you.

I've actually been wanting eibach sportlines. So I might sell my eibach prokit to you if that sounds good? the price would of course depend on what he could give me.( not too bad tho.) so if that sounds good to you I could even do the install for you if you would like.

Yeah I'm not against using used. How long have they been on and kms? As far as the install that would be great but I'm just working on picking up some fe5 struts and shocks at the moment so it might be a little bit till I'm ready to install. Either way keep me updated on it and thanks again.

Then you must have no idea what a blown shock/strut is......I removed mince after 20,000miles, And I could push the strut and shock down with one finger....I love it when people say sportlines/dropping springs doesn't affect shock and struts that weren't designed for that dropping stress.

And before the predictable calm down comment posts come in,

Im calm

Sportlines **** stock equipment, its not an opinion its fact.

I'm pretty sure i know more about shocks and struts then you, i changed plenty of shocks and struts on LAV's, Coyote's, Tanks, TLAV's, Light and Heavy Trucks. I'm not saying sportlines DONT blow struts but i am saying they dont blow them at the rate you claim they do. Its not like every car with sportlines blows struts. Like i said, 50,000km on my balt when i owned it and still strong. embalt is now the owner of it and the car is probably at or close to 100,000km and the struts are still fine.

what rate is that? did I declare a rate in my 1st post, Let me check....nope...

All my point was, sportlines will kill your struts and shocks alot sooner then if it was left stock...A car with 28K on the speedo should not need new suspension.

The ride quality of sportlines is soooo shitty to begin with, you wont even know there blown, till you take it off the car.

Sorry let me rephrase, you make it SEEM like every car with sportlines will blow struts. Every person i know that has sportlines never had issues. Only person i know that had blown struts with sportlines was caused by human error during the install.

I'm not going to disagree on that fact the ride quality is **** because it is, but at the same time a car with 28k on the speedo that needs new suspension, well there was probably something wrong with the struts to begin with, that or the driver really doesnt know how to drive and just beats the **** out of the car.

Are you going to continue to add false info/speculation after each one of my posts?

Your right, The car I babied that never saw a pot hole, reckless driving or more then 7hrs in the sun was probably driven wrong gtfo.

and I have seen numerous reports of blown equipment after using sportlines.....I have only had 2 balts since 2006, so what do I know.

Whatever im done with this, your car blew its struts at 28,000. The owner of my old balt is at or close to 100,000km with stock struts that arent having any issues that was driven on rough roads and raced at a track. Either your car is a pos and just has shitty parts or my old car is a freak of nature, who cares cuz i dont.

And like I said its not until you remove the springs and inspect the shocks and struts, then you will know for sure.
