Ya what's up with urs?
Lol.. mine became a Subaru; thats been fixed.. blew a Map sensor in the process... waiting on that bloody part for up to a week apparently. I'm hoping to get into the bodyshop inbetween the wait and get that bit of dmg fixed up from buddy backing into me. New front bumper cover and a fender repair. New paint on those pcs and apparently up to and including my door for blending. Might have him put some grand sport stripes on it just for ****.. depends on price.

it sounds like are cars are looking the same right now my new bumper cover and fender are getting painted this week lol... I was at the track doing a run when my car just made a crazy noise and had no power so i got it to the pits and it was my cold side pipe it had a huge rip in it so ya im waiting on new hot side and cold side pipes and a big intercooler.. then i just need someone to tune me.. the super chips is just not doing it anymore i have to much stuff done
Within a couple weeks I'd say.. Seems like there's at least 3 ppl around here just on this site alone who may want one. It's not like I do the tuning, I just make it accessible basically. And having it available would make it easier to get my own car done when I upgrade. Wife will probably be against it unless I make some money out of it, but I personally don't really care about that end.. just a little to offset the cost of the stuff. Wish I could afford HPT as well, but that ****'s expensive and I wouldn't dare touch somebody else's car unless I had enough experience on my own first. Anyways ya.. think I'll order it up here in a couple days and see if I can find a cheap laptop to work with. Wife has a laptop, but I know how that'd go so I'm not even going to go there haha women!
I believe how it works is cash up front and he sends the tune, I upload it, datalog it, send it back, he tweaks it, datalog again.. and once it's dialed in, that's all there is to it.
My car has a dual-stage trifecta on it already, but it's not all out ***** to the wall and u know how well I pull as it is. Might get it upped a bit more since it's running good now, after the new map's in anyways lol. Would like to upgrade more first but I'll figure that out later. Just a sidenote, I know from experience that the tune gets better as the computer gets used to the new readings ie. pulls harder after a week or so of driving around. I was a little disappointed at first, but it did get better with time. HP felt torquier, but it wasn't a totally accurate tune to begin with.. way too rich. It did a 13.4 tho, and the trifecta (on the day it was loaded) ran a 13.5. I'd like to see where I'm at now tbh, but I can't until the car's fully functional again :s Hoping for this Friday, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Trifecta kit came in today.. however, my car isn't ready yet
I'd like to play with it on my own b4 I touch anybody else's.. at least get familiar with it. Should be tuning sometime next week for those who are interested. Pm me for details.

Pm me for your hours of availability and I'll cross reference myself and Vince's times and set something up. It'll be at least 1-2 more days yet b4 I start since mine's still in the body shop getting paint n whatnot. Somebody at church backed into me and bent my fender and cracked my bumper.. 3k in damages lol..
I updated my tune with Vince a few days ago; and it seems he has some new tables or something.. Wow.. so smooth and power is quite juicy, even though it's only 22.5 psi. Still conservative me thinks lol. A Toyota tundra(modded, but I have no idea with what)wanted to go with me on the way home from Vegas.. I knew it wasn't a worthy race, but I gave him the jump and didn't bother downshifting from 5th lol.. cruising at about 80 mph and I pulled a good 4 cars, or even more, on him by 130mph(maybe 7 seconds or so.. but it's really amazing compared to what I've been used to).
Lights the tires up in 2nd gear again.. and with my old tune and these new tires, it wouldn't spin in 2nd at all. Could almost go full throttle in 1st, but now.. I might get 75% in 1st if I'm lucky lol. I plan on going to the last drags of the year here locally, providing it doesn't conflict with my work to get some updated #'s. Anybody else wanting to go? :P
Just so u guys know, tunes are cash up front; there are no refunds, and tuning is at ur own risk. The only thing I saw about a guarantee is if your ecm were to get fried in the process; they keep spare ones in stock apparently, just in case. Chances are slim to none tho I think, but I suppose it could happen somehow. These are dual stage tunes, 1 for either stock or gms1 or whatever you want, and the other would be your full out performance tune. How hard you want to go is kinda up to u, but I personally am not overdoing my own car. I keep mine at a "safe" level. You can choose to have the selectable tune on either your cruise control button, or your traction control button. I personally chose cruise since it's quick n easy switch on the fly. What you want is kinda up to you.. Just be forewarned that if you wanted 27 or 30 psi.. blown ringlands are at ur own expense :P although I've heard some guys run that way with no problems.. I think it comes down to how you drive your car on a daily basis. If you drive the **** out of it all the time, then I wouldn't recommend a full ***** to the wall tune.. but that's just me. If ur white man and just do some occasional street racing or an occasional trip to the track, you could probably get away with an aggressive tune and have no problems.. Like I said.. choice is up to you.
I will need to know all mods done to your cars and what octane fuel you regularly use before requesting a tune, and of course, cash before doing so as well. Once I request the tune, there are no refunds and I'm sorry, but I'm not paying for your tune :P
Think that's all.. Vince is somewhat conservative I think, so if u want more.. gotta know to push it. It'd be best if u have gauges to show AFR and Kr at the very least.. if you don't, we're kinda in the dark here. I know Vince is good, but when u send him a 10 minute datalog and expect immediate results, mistakes can be made or overlooked. I gave him time to do mine.. about 4 days and I'm impressed with what I have now, even tho I'm pretty sure there's still more in it. I will be datalogging again and checking to see if there is more room for improvement shortly as well, but there's 0 knock anywhere and it pulls smooth and strong.

It was a good night for racing. Beat my previous best of 13.5@101 with a 1.8 60' .....my best tonight was a 13.3@103 with a 1.9 60'. Dont know where i picked up the extra 2mph with a .1 slower 60ft.
