lol, got home from the range and felt like taking a trip to the track, went down, there there at 8. Got off the highway onto the road that leads to castrol, took me 15mins to get from where the actualy runway of the airport is to the turn into castrol because (this what im guessing since the way the accident and tire marks looked, some retard tried to drift out of castrol onto the main road and hit a car that was traveling at a good speed. Both cars were writen off and parts were scatterd. 2 ambalances, 3 cop cars were there...i had to avoid running over all the broken pieces. Once i got onto the road to head towards the gate the line up was long because theres a event going on this weekend so all the trucks were coming in. Took me 20mins to get to the gate to pay, once paid i headed towards tech....seen the line up of the 4 staging lanes then 2 rows of cars curved around the road past tech....there must have been 100-150 cars staging....said **** it and left. Got my $25 and headed home.
On a side note, while waiting in line i seen a black SS/TC and a yellow SS/SC...for maybe half a second i missed my balt until some guy walked by my car and said "sick ride man"

if people wonder why castrol hates people speeding on that exit road.....
and why myself and a few others were disgusted that people ripped up and down it at our meet....
theres a perfect example.
Hope everyone was ok....and i hope tokyo drifter goes to jail.

i think the guy that was doing the drifting....if that is what he was doing, like i said i didnt see it but from what i could see, everything lead me to believe thats what happend....but it looks like he didnt have any injuries, as for the car he hit, engine was crushed and the paramedics were working on the 2 people in the car.

Hey guys, i'm heading out to Edmonton on friday. I've got a few q's for you guys. My gf and I are primarly going to watch the Oilers, i've got a massive hardon for them. We are staying at Sutton Place downtown, we'll just be out there from fri-mon, is it worth it to rent a car @ $12 a day or taxi it? It's been a few years since I was last in Edmonton so I don't really remember how far the airport is from downtown, then downtown to rexal place, then downtown to west edmonton mall.
What are some other things to checkout? Is Ryan Symth's (Chance) resturant good?

Alright thanks guys.
It's $12 for a Aveo/Accent $16 for a G6/Malibu. This is on hotwire.com
I called the hotel too, they said I can take the CTR (I think thats what she said) it's $2.75 and is a block away.
Hopefully they pull through tonite and beat the Stars!

One other thing, is downtown safe to walk around at night. Planning on going out for drinks etc. and definately going to get right wrecked at the game on saturday. Most of Winnipeg downtown is pretty bad, and is usually avoided.

Downtown edmonton isn't bad you just gotta know where to avoid lol. Just like any city there are going to be clusters of bars/clubs where there will be drunken brawls and such. There are a few homeless people too. But I would say whyte ave has more f'ed people around. Way more sketchy haha

FYI: in edmonton its better to drink at home than our shitty, watered down booze, reuse beer kinda bars.
