i'm assuming you mean a turbo'd 2.4 Cobalt SS ? Then yes.... HP Tuners does support this motor.

I think you'd be disappointed trying to tune an N/A motor that small.... I wouldn't imagine there's much "tweaking" to be done on it.

i'm not necessarily looking for performance gains on the 2.2... more to do with mileage as my g/f isn't looking for more power or anything... plus its an automatic... so I'm thinking with anything you really do performance wise to the motor you would need a shift kit to see any benifit.

I'm not sure about the 2.2's... but on the 2.4's it apparently makes a pretty big difference.
