Shift linkage roll pin

Does anyone in Calgary know how to fix this? My car is stuck at work in underground parking with no gears. I got all the parts and followed the how to write up, but cannot for the life of me get the damn thing out to put the new one in! If anyone could help at all I'd really appreciate it. My other option is to pay to tow it to the dealer then pay hundreds for them to fix. Please help. Thanks,

Joseph

you gotta wiggle the weighted shift linkage piece and enough wiggling should get it. I had to use a small punch and small hammer once though

Its ok don't have time. Shipped it off to a mechanic and told him how and what to fix... I was trying to decide what to upgrade this car with, but its not gonna be with me much longer. Engines great, but I'm done with the clanks and rattles and random things breaking.
