Im not sure if i got the whole story or not.

but what i gathered he said he got "stage 2" from the states.....
but it was an aftermarket pully....everything was already installed and he was asking them to "fix the way its running" under warranty.

They asked if he had the stage 2 reflash paperwork so they could call it in.
and he said because he got it from the states he didnt get that....

I dunno. i kinda chuckled. sounded pretty weird to me.

btw. parts guy told me there should be a price drop coming on some GM parts on may 7th.

unfortunately the GM manifold is still gonna cost me $380 canadian from the dealer. so ill check back in a few weeks, hoping it gets down closer to 300

Did he give you any hint as to what may be coming down? I wonder if this is a product of them trying to clear out parts due to the (possible) removal of the SS/SC from the lineup?

By the way, if any of you check into prices after May 7th, let me know what they dropped. Something tells me I'll be to busy to remember to check.

LOL, just in time for my b-day!!!!!! (May 8th)

I REALLY wish the GM steering knuckles for competitive driving are on that list, but I'm not holding my breath.

Id love to do those other options.
but unfortunately every header on the market has some issue with it that stops me from buying.

the 2 main ones are - Disgustingly overpriced, and -Fitament issues

There isnt a header on the market that convinces me of gains that even come close to outweighing their cost and or terrible fit.

hahn makes great stuff.
the problem with "you get what you pay for" is we know GM is perfect on fitament. and cheap. with proven performance.

but my problem is. best header in the world MIGHT get you 10whp
MAYBE

Gmpp will give me 5 or 6.....
hahn header is triple the cost.....

see these are the things that run through my head when thinking headers lol.
