Where to have suspension work done on car?

Where to have suspension work done on car?
I live in Edmonton and am wondering where is a good place to have my lowering springs put on and get my car aligned?Also engine mounts and control arm bushings.Has anyone done these here? where? how much?

I dont have a place to do it myself.I live in an apartment so no garage.Does anyone around here have a garage to do their own work(or help me do mine) ? I moved here from PEI last year so dont really know anyone in Edmonton either. I miss haveing my own place to work on my car!!
I also have a header,downpipe,and exhaust to put on as well. Just dont have a place to do it. And I hate to pay someone to do something that I can do myself.
