Drag Tack Problems
I am just wondering if any other turbo balts ran into the same problem I am currently having. When going down the track I can make it till 3 gear at about 3500 rpm then the check engine light flashes and it starts misfiring in cylinders 3 and 4. After I got home I cleared the code and tested again but no problems this time. Just wondering if any one would know what is happening here. Maybe I need a tuning, or need to upgrade something. I'm not sure.

check to see if all charge pipes connections are tight and there are no leaks. did you have any lean/rich codes before you cleared them? if you have no leaks, it could be the intake causing that or maybe even a slightly loose MAF that's taking false readings. I would check the MAF first and if it's tight, I'd put stock box back on and see if that helps. if it still misfires, it could be the spark plugs.
if it goes away after you put the stock air box on, then you need to retune for the intake or get one that works better with stock tune.

I don't have much experience so hopefully someone else can chime in, but if the spark plugs are not the issue and you're sure you have no leaks, it can't hurt to put the stock box back.
It could be a number of things. How much fuel did you have? The Evo's have a **** poor fuel tank so when we get below half a tank we get fuel starvation. Happend to me 2 events at the track (i go down the back stretch, shift into 4th and at 6000rpm it just stops)
Could be a foul spark plug, bad fuel, boost leak, low compression. I say start with changing the plugs and a fresh tank of gas. If that doesnt work, check to see if you injectors are all plugged in and maybe run some injector cleaner through them.

did you have that issue before you put your intake on? if you didn't, I would seriously consider putting the stock intake back on. I had loss of power with my Injen, my fuel trims were near max (+/-25%), and I got a CEL. I'm sure my AFRs were very off. I never got a misfire but I didn't push the car because I didn't want to damage anything with it running that rough. I could give you guys a hand with the intake because I changed mine 3 or 4 times lol
Mitsu **** the bed on this one. Theres no baffles or whatever. They are called in the tank. So under hard accel or hard turns, under half a tank, the car gets fuel starvation. It prett mich is fuel cut but either way it sucks.
if its missing and falling on its face down the track then you are most likely leaning out and the computer is pulling timing like its supposed to. When i blew my meth line off, the car was missing and felt like almost fuel cut. Get that thing tuned asap or put the stock air box back on it before you hurt the motor
Mass air flow sensor is cleaned. I am pretty sure its the coils changed them around now i only have a misfire in 3. But i think D'Arcy is going to order me some so I can replace them. It only frigs up when i give her so if im easy oh her then i wont have a problem until i fix it.
As others have said, go back to stock intake and retest. Do you have a way to monitor Fuel Trims?
You really need to figure out what is happening exactly before you start throwing new parts at it.

I have a code and fuel trims reader so I could bring it to the next meet and check where your trims are at right now and if they're off, it's a safe bet that you need to put the stock intake or a tune. but you'll need an interceptor to constantly monitor them. like umrdyldo said, make sure you know what's wrong before you spend money on something that isn't broken.
