I am open for anything however, I think I will stay away from GM this time. I was thinking a used car as it would get me more then a new. Thinking around 400.00 payment (20k)

Get a subaru for sure. I love my balt. But now with a second baby i am wishing i had a four door. And the wrx OR legacy with 4 doors and AWD and a nice turbo. How can you go wrong. The new 08 and up Honda Accord with the 260+ HP V6 comes to mind also.

I say subaru for one reason. Everyone of my friends went through a subaru stage and they all drive sti, legacy and wrx. When its dry out they are loving there awd and turbo, the funny part is the also love it when there is snow and rain out. For me I dont really love my tc when its snowing. 5 minutes to climb a hill with our traction control. Idk I would go with subaru, thats going to be my next car. Impreza wrx white hatch, fully loading 27,000 brand new. not to bad and you can def find a used one for a great price!
