So I called up superior glass in burnside and to do all five windows it is going to cost 275 plus tax not bad I say because when we went to apple they wanted 275 just for the back three and an extra 100 for the front two

u guys have to understand that is the states not here in canada and the legal limit on the front is 35% and u can put the back whatever u want it to be

 

paid 160 for mine...but you get what you paid for sometime...i had to take it back twice due to bubbling

 

the guy that did mine put black vinyl over the circles on the top of the back window... ive seen it tinted in one pice and it looks like **** after 2-3 months... just a heads up

 

did they do a good job? where are they i'll finally go get it done

i did 5% rear 3 and 35% front 3

now onto the topics of tint..

tint in nova scotia on the front 3 windows is illegal at any percentage UNLESS factory.
i got the cheaper fine of the 2, my fine was $222.00, the more expensive one is $550.00
i got off lucky, the cop told me if i was to strip it off and show him the next day he would cancel my ticket

NOW if you get derrick at suppior to do the tint job, ask him if he can lower the window and go all the way to the very top and but there. the way a cop can get you for tint is one of 2 ways.
1. tint pealing in a corner
2. the little strip wherethe tint stops at the top.

now a cop CAN NOT ask you to put the window up and scratch the window, if he does then the ticket is no good, allyou have to do is go to court say he scratched the window and your off the case.

i was told by the cops tint ont he front windows is illegal no matter what unless it comes in the window from the show room floor. witch all pigs know cobalts never did.

front window yes goes down about 10 inchs like stated above.
i dunno i doubt it, i have friends who worked there thats how i got the deal.
and also remember my car comes factory with a light colored interior (pic was 2 weeks after i bought it) and your car has Black interior, now think about how dark yours will look with dark interior?
it will be a cop magnit, and i know you dont want the fine for tint on the window.
you use to be able to go to the doctor and get a medical note saying the sunlight bothers you, so now in the book it states pretty much that you should wear glasses or tuff ****...
