Anyone interested in tuning my car for a steal of a deal in Halifax? LOL
I just spent 400.00 on trifecta tuning and bought thier programmer only to hear my car has a phantom knock that throws off my timing every now and than and he cannot do a thing about it ......and someone said with hptuners you can tune around that fake knock.......so here I am
If anyone wants to do it , let me know. If you want to sell your whole hptuners setup , also let me know ! thanks

 

My car has the same issue. Lots of phantom knock and you can hear it and feel it pull back timing. It's not a tuning issue. You have to figure out what's causing it. I have hp tuners and ad my car tuned and it only multiplied the issue so now I'm on stock gms1.

 

Someone on here said with hptuners you can tune around that knock ....

 

if it realy knocking there no away around it

if it a false knock you can desable the knock sensor or put them less sensitive but your playing whit fire if you dont know what your doing

you need a dyno to see its a real knock or not

 

Speaking of hptuners, Danny I will be contacting you shortly about tweaking my tune to get rid of that ridiculous fuel trim. I just paid off the car last month so I'll have cash soon

Danny El will be on the road this weekend, Cobalt goes bye bye this weekend, shaving and tucking the engine bay will be started and hopefully done soon.

 

My hp tuners is gonna be up forsale as soon as I find out if we got the house or not. Our offer got accepted just gotta wait for the tests and inspections to come back.

Thanks chris! Hp tuners is gonna be sold to Whitty once everything is a go. The Balt will probably be parted out and will remain forsale. Maybe even a possible trade within the next year. I will post up when I start sell my parts. Being a first time home owner isn't easy as there's a TON of **** that is needed lol.

the car may take a bit longer to get to ya Danny, did a end of the year burn out 1, and 2nd and 3rd, sure enough the motor and tranny tried to run away, snapped the bolt for my sold motor mount, and both solid tranny mounts, all that was left holding the motor was the side tranny mount lol, blows, good thing it happened at my brothers lol
