Well, me and the fiancé just made the biggest purchase of our life, we just bought our first house. We take possession of it on October 21st. We are both so excited seeing how we are both only 24 years old. The Balt is still up for sale since I'm looking to get something more practical and I may have a part out. I don't have any pics of the house right now but will get some once were in there.
By selling your car for your fiancee, before your married.. Is probably a bad idea.
She's going to think now, she can convince you to do anything she wants.
*married with experience
Word of advice
First weekend you're married..
She's going to ask you to do things.
Don't do a damn thing, if you do, you will be doing all of her crap for the rest of your life .
Sit on the couch, drink beer (or not)
and do NOTHING.
She's going to think now, she can convince you to do anything she wants.

Thanks guys.
Nobody2u- when I start parting out, I'll let you know.
An yes, I'm selling my car for myself. Just want something more practical and easier to maintain. The cobalt is fine until the Warrenty is gone. I don't want to be handing money hand over fist to the car. If I sell it I'll get the fiancé a jeep and I'll pick up a 94-95 mustang gt 5.0 to play around with.

good choice
was thinking of selling mine today too. Just got a speeding ticket coming off the 102. that and while taking it in last night to get all the work done... paint started chipping off the steering wheel emblem and the rear tire pressure sensor went. can't imagine paying for this when the warranty is done :/ on top of the already big list of things getting done today.. house is an investment... cobalt.. far from it haha.
Thanks everyone
we can't wait to move in, no more lugging things up apt stairs is gonna be a bonus.
tylerjclance I actually want him to keep his car I love it and love driving it. Its his choice to sell it not mine lol

Amen to that lol. She loves the car more than I do. Can't wait to see what this bitch is gonna be like in snow. I'll be able to start my own business plowing driveways lol.

AND He'll have "Tried" to sell it, so he can still get laid for doign what hes told.
Awesome! Our new house is going to be built by February. Love our area we built at even if it does make the drive to work a little longer. Cant beat living in the hill country with the trees and the rest of the rich people.
