Possibly selling the cobalt

Ok so i dynoed the car today...did 4th gear pulls...only did 281hp and 249trq. Not to happy with that. Went to a nissan dealership tonight and got to test drive a 370z sport version with the S serious option (rev match sync tranny). That car is amazing for stock...i wanna turbo or twin turbo it down the road. Anyways...i love everything about the car. Still havent decided which version i want. I can either go with 370z sport (has a few options i dont want) or the 370z touring (doesnt have some stuff i want) or 370 touring with the nizmo package. No total price yet cuz it depends what i want and what i can get for trading the cobalt in. He said its around $47,000 though. I put in a application and i was approved. Damn is this thing fast for stock..lol.

Anyways so if this works out im selling the cobalt and parting out the car. Depending on what parts and and if the person is willing to give me a better price + shipping i might ship the parts...go to the North West section and check it out, if the mods lock it. pm if interested.

Just make sure you can afford it.
I bank with USAA and they sent me a blank check that had a $42,000 limit. I was still smart and bought a base model Pontiac G5.

just build the engine next summer and drop pulley sizes.....Simple as that. You have spent soooo much money in that car to just get rid of it because its not giving you the numbers you want. If out there is anything like here, its been so damn hot and humid. Just wait till its not so hot and humid and it will probably be over the 300 mark.

even if i drop pulley size and fix the tune its not going to to what i want. I wanted to make 300whp with this set up...thats reasonable..alot of other guys r making almost 300 without meth. I have meth on the highest setting. If i got the parts to support a pulley drop/bigger injectors...i would want to expect more out of it...say 320-330whp. Plain and simple, im not going to get it out of a 2.0L 4 banger. Plus after hearing what my car sounds like at WOT when im not in it.....hell with that, sounds worse then a honda civic.

since the winters here in edmonton r abit harsh and they use sand/gravel instead of salt which ***** the front end of cars...chances r ill be leaving the 370z home...if i can afford a POS honda or someother car that is about to fall apart to last me just the winter, ill get that also, if not i can take the bus to work..lol.

I want to get rid of my car too lol ... I doubt I will. Not that I don't like it, more that I can think of a lot more useful things I can use the $385 / month I pay for it.

i say get the bike with the car...lol. What kind of bike were u thinking about getting? lol...until i get more practice launching the bike at the track....my bike will barely beat the 370z...how sad is that. my bike did 13.2 and the 370z stock does 13.4 on the 1/4 mile

Done deal...just waiting for the final approval. Total Cost = $60,000....i actualy got them to knock off $5000. So its $386 bi-weekly. Info is...

2009 370z Sports Series
Color: White with grey interior
328hp @ 7000
6 Speed
S Mode (a mode that automatically rev matches on down shifts)
i think its like 30% tint on the windows
around 4000k HID's
18" rims with low-pro tires on it

Options i got are Tire/Rim warrenty...if i blow a tire and ruin the rim they give me a new rim/tire for free. They asked if i wanted extended warrenty...i said no cuz when the warrenty is done im twin turboing it. I got Protection Plan...which gives me a paint protector, rust protector, undercoat and a few other things. Has the 3MD stuff on the hood, bumper and mirrors to protect it from rocks and ****. Cant think of what else cuz im wired to the max right now..lol
