Just wondering if anyone in BC (specifically the Lower Mainland) knows of any good tint shops. I heard from some ppl that Speedy Auto Glass does it but i dunno...they seem kind of cheap to me so i'd be worried about the quality...any help would be appreciated

i went to N-motion on boundary. they offer lifetime warranty on their work. the only thing i'm not sure about is whether or not the tint will look good w/ the dot matrix on my cobalt. tint is still drying and the cold weather sure isnt helping the process

they did a great job, and cant go wrong with the lifetime warranty

i got mine done there ....pretty quick job ...and nice too

 

How much do you guys pay for a 20% tint for the side rear windows and the rear glass window?

And, guys, what's your opinion on doing it to a black car?

 

i just had my pursuit gt done by diamond carcare, they have done my other cars as well with only 3m tint lifetime warrenty, they have 25years expience. their ph6045903353

 

If I stay in the lower mainland for post secondary in September, I may think of getting a new car (perhaps a Mazda 3 or maybe even a Cobalt SS)

 

Whats the limit on tinting in BC?

 

I was wondering this aswell...i called a couple of places including Speedy Autoglass and they said the lowest they'll go is 35%

 

Out of curiosity...do the pursuits have the "dot matrix" on the rear window??? If so, did you run into any problems with tinting it??? I'm thinking about taking my SS in for a tint but all i've heard is horror stories about the dots

 

yeah they have the dot matrix, but they did a great job on mine i can only tell on one small spot, but then again my detailer been doing this for 25 years as a matter of fact i was ther for a wax once and this guy came in with a bmw to have his tint done long story short this guy has a detail shop and he would not let his own guys do the job he brought to this place instead.

 

i have 20% on back windows and never had a problem with the cops........

n-motion auto in burnaby said is fine

 

Just don't tint the front windows and you are fine.

 

How much did your tinting cost? And Diamond Car Care is on 128th & 86th right?

 

Where's the guy on here that works for N-motion? My boyfriend and I are still looking at getting our windows tinted and I wanted to see if you could get me a deal at all. We aren't in any rush to get it done (he's going out of town for 2 weeks) but i'd like to see if we can work something out.

Diamond car care is 120&86 I think it was 180.00 all windows,minus the winshield

 

How much did the windshield cost and what % did you get on your windows?

 

I did not get the winshield done I have 35% on drivers/passangers windowsfazed in 205 on the small windows and rear

widowsfazed? Not sure what you mean. I saw your pics in another thread. That looks like a good combo, not sure if I want if I would get my windsheild tinted either.

Do G5's have dot matrix? If so were they able to handle it properly? And Diamond Car Care is on the Delta side right?
