by having your tint fazed in you go from a light to darker tint from the side windows working to the rear window. the tint does not work with the dot matrix to well but you hardly notice then after having your tint on for a few days just take a credit card wrap it in paper towel ond go over the dot matrix and it should look better. Diamond car care is on the surrey side by the bottle return depot.

I got my Redline done at N-Motion. They did a great job. I got 35% on the back 3 windows. Mention "Revscene" and you will get a discount. Mine cost $119.00 before tax.

you can tint the rear as dark as you want but the side door windows and windshield cannot have any tint, but lighter tints cops will usually ignore

I'm confused now. Where should I go? N-Motion or Diamond Car Care?

I have heard that cheap tints can lead to the window fade away in about 2 years, particularily the cheap deals.

N-Motion gives you a lifetime warranty on their product.

Yeah I found this, its from the Motor Vehicle Act.

(a) the windshield but not more than 75 mm below the top of the windshield

(b) a side window that is behind the driver, or

(c) the rear window if the motor vehicle is equipped with outside rear view mirrors on the left and right side of the motor vehicle.
So this means we cant have any tint at all on the side windows? I think the window fazed might be a good idea since they are long windows. Or maybe smoked tint might be better.

Anyone have any problems from the police on this?

It means that any part of the window ahead of the drivers shoulder can't be tinted. At least the local RCMP explained it to me that way. If the police stop you and you're a dick to them they'll probably hit you as hard as they can. If you cooperate with them and respect them, they most likely wont care or give you a hard time about it
