I don't know if Muffler-Tech on Kingsway in Poco, is still around, they did the work on my old civic (headers down pipe, muffler) did good work too.
If not, any service shop should be able to do it, just don't take it to a big name place.
Clarke Hill Motors is right on the top of snake hill, The owners name is Mike, they do good work, when the waranty was up on the civic thats where I took it, trust worthy, I never had to take the car back to fix the same problem twice, and very reasonable prices.

Its easy to do. 13mm wrenches, and socket for manifold. 17mm for the dp. And do it will the engine is cool, less painfull that way.
